4-5 Livity rice cakes
150 g vanilla skyr
30-40 g granola
30 g blueberries
30 g chocolate

Break the rice cakes into medium-sized pieces and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.2
Spread the vanilla skyr evenly over the rice cakes.3
Sprinkle granola and blueberries on top.4
Melt the chocolate using the water bath method, then pour it over the rice cakes.5
Place the tray in the freezer until the bars harden.

70 g honey
20 g hemp seeds
50-60 g peanut butter
Chocolate chips or chocolate broken into small pieces
10 g protein powder
PREPARATION:

Break the rice cakes into pieces and add them to a chopper.2
Add honey, hemp seeds, peanut butter, chocolate chips and protein powder.3
Blend everything together until smooth.4
Form into balls. Enjoy!

5-6 Livity rice cakes
30 g hemp seeds
30 g coconut flakes
60 ml honey or maple syrup
juice of 1 lemon
PREPARATION:

Break the rice cakes into small pieces, then add the hemp seeds and coconut flakes to the blender.2
Add honey (or maple syrup) and the lemon juice.3
Blend everything together until smooth.4
Form the mixture into small balls… Voilà! Ready to eat and share!5
Tip: If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little more honey or maple syrup. If it’s too runny, add more rice cakes.
