4-5 Livity rice cakes
150 g vanilla skyr
30-40 g granola
30 g blueberries
30 g chocolate

PREPARATION:

Break the rice cakes into medium-sized pieces and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Spread the vanilla skyr evenly over the rice cakes.

Sprinkle granola and blueberries on top.

Melt the chocolate using the water bath method, then pour it over the rice cakes.

Place the tray in the freezer until the bars harden.

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 Livity rice cakes
70 g honey
20 g hemp seeds
50-60 g peanut butter
Chocolate chips or chocolate broken into small pieces
10 g protein powder
PREPARATION:

Break the rice cakes into pieces and add them to a chopper.

Add honey, hemp seeds, peanut butter, chocolate chips and protein powder.

Blend everything together until smooth.

Form into balls. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
Livity rice cake
1 yellow bell pepper​
10 g Parmesan cheese​
20 g pine nuts​
50 ml olive oil​
½ glove garlic
½ tsp salt ​
mozzarella / burrata​
yellow cherry tomatoes
PREPARATION:

Blend all the ingredients (except the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes) in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Arrange sliced cherry tomatoes on the rice cake.

In the center, add a spoonful of yellow pesto and top it with a slice of mozzarella or burrata.
